Forms to complete

What to wear:

  • NYC Kids Camp T-shirts will be provided on the first day of camp and must be worn each day. (Extra shirts will be on sale for $20 each at the front desk.)

  • Please "DRESS 4 MESS" Campers should wear cool, comfortable clothing.

  • Children must wear rubber sole sneakers or sturdy sandals to camp each day. NO FLIP FLOPS, RAINBOOTS & CROCS for safety reasons.

(If your child isn’t taking medications, please indicate NOT APPLICABLE on the form with your signature) 

What to bring:

  • A change of labeled clother
  • A bathing suit, sun hat, sunscreen, water bottle, water shoes, and a small towel
  • A light backpack
  • Half day - 1 snack, Full day - 2 snacks and lunch ( Nut-free + Easy to open independently )
  • Please pack all perishables (Meat, Fish, and Dairy. Separately in labeled ziplock.)
  • Parents must submit all four documents before your childs 1st day of camp.

NYC Kids Camps Cancellation Policy

Camp Refunds.  It is not possible for us to cancel any Kids Camp that have already been purchased after May 1st, 2024. However, we can transfer weeks of registered camps (space pending) with a $75 fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must include the child’s name, the adult’s name, the details of the program being cancelled, and the reason for the cancellation.

Inclement Weather. Some activities may be cancelled when weather conditions are unsuitable. Alternative activities will be provided. Camp sessions are held regardless of weather, but programs may be modified due to inclement weather. 

Changes in Cancellation Procedures. NYC Kids Camp may make changes to cancellation procedures when considering the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be given for campers arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from camp, or unable to attend all or part of a session.

At NYC Kids Camps we use the Brightwheel app for daily communication regarding your child. It is imperative for parents to download the Brightwheel App on your personal phones to stay updated on your child's daily progress. Parents will receive the link to the Brightwheel app once you register for the camp. Please turn on your notifications and check your phone regularly.
