NYC Kids Camp Cancellation Policy
Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is not possible for us to cancel weeks of Camp that have already been purchased. Nonetheless, we are pleased to offer you the option of changing the week your child has enrolled in for a fee of $75.
Cancellations Due to Emergency Circumstances. In some cases, if you must cancel a week of camp, please cancel at least two weeks in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within a two-week period, we will be taking a $150 deposit from your payment on HiSawyer, and returning the rest. Note: This is only applicable in the COVID-19 pandemic period.
Inclement Weather. Some activities may be cancelled when weather conditions are unsuitable. Alternative activities will be provided. Camp sessions are held regardless of weather, but programs may be modified due to inclement weather. We will inform you on changed schedule a day or two in advance. Refunds are not given when activities are cancelled due to inclement weather.
Changes in Cancellation Procedures. NYC Kids Camp may make changes to cancellation procedures when considering the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be given for campers arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from camp, or unable to attend all or part of a session.
All requests MUST be in writing and emailed to admin@PerrySchool.com and is also subject to approval.
